Study Projects Employers Will Spend 6.5% More On Health Insurance Next Year
A study published by Aon predicts that healthcare costs for employers will climb 6.5 percent in 2023, bringing the average cost per employee up to $13,800. The jump is over double that of the 3% increase seen in the past two years, likely due to employees avoiding medical care because of COVID-19.
