Survey Finds Many Have Delayed Health Services in Response to COVID-19

A recent survey by AMCP and the Alliance of Community Health Plans found that many, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, have delayed health care services.

Seventy-two percent of the respondents reported a negative impact on their health care, with only 31 percent saying they feel comfortable visiting their doctor’s offices.

The survey also found 41 percent of the respondents had delayed health care services; 45 percent said they felt uncomfortable using an urgent care or walk-in clinic.
