Specialty Care Chief Bill Sibold Departs, New Executive Appointments Announced

Bill Sibold is leaving his role as specialty care chief at Sanofi after six years for an opportunity elsewhere. The company’s current head of specialty care in North America, Brian Foard, will take on the role while a permanent successor is found. Before Sibold, David Meeker held the position. During his tenure at Sanofi, Sibold helped turn Dupixent into the company’s main growth driver. In addition to this change, Sanofi has also named Houman Ashrafian as the head of the company’s R&D group from 11 September, while Emmanuel Frenehard has been promoted to chief digital officer. Sanofi also created a new role, appointing Madeline Roach as the head of business operations.
