Pelosi’s Politicking Leads to Drug Pricing Deal

After 15 years, Democrats have managed to advance drug pricing legislation. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unexpectedly opposed Medicare negotiation in the final negotiations, eventually leading to a successful compromise with moderate Democrats.
