Omnicell to Acquire ReCept

Omnicell, Inc. (Nasdaq:OMCL), a leading provider of medication management solutions and adherence tools for health systems and pharmacies, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with ReCept Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of specialty pharmacy management services for health systems, clinics, and physician groups, to acquire its business for total aggregate cash consideration of $100 million, subject to customary adjustments.
