ISPOR Hosts Wednesday Webinar on International HTA Guidance

The Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) will host a webinar on July 7th at 11:30 AM EDT on health technology assessments (HTAs). Although HTAs are critical in drug development and market access, uncertainty regarding these organizations and their decision-making processes poses a significant challenge. Speakers will discuss optimal approaches for various HTAs and note future trends.
“The lack of guidance on deliberative processes for HTA has created the need for consensus international good practices. Since June 2020, HTAi and ISPOR have been collaborating to address this gap in global decision making by coordinating a joint task force. Session participants will learn why the joint HTAi-ISPOR Task Force was formed to develop guidance and a minimum set of considerations on the use of deliberative processes in HTA.” Read more here and register.
