Case Study: Early Interventions Increased by CareSignal’s Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring

Community Care Plan increased early interventions for patients by using CareSignal’s Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring system, according to a new case study. After implementing the program, the managed care plan, based in Florida, found asthma medication adherence was boosted to 91%. Early intervention alerts for patients lowered emergency room use by members.
