Blue Shield of California Expands Network, Seeks to Improve Access to COVID-19 Vaccine

Blue Shield of California has expanded its network coverage to include 1200 COVID-19 vaccination sites. This move is expected to improve access to COVID-19 vaccines for individuals living in underserved communities. The payers goal is to administer more than 4 million vaccines per week in the coming months.
