Established in 2008 as the country’s first college of population health, Jefferson is dedicated to improving population health and addressing health inequities by working with critical stakeholder groups in the health ecosystem. Our academic programs prepare health professionals to address the large-scale social, economic, and environmental issues that affect health outcomes. In addition to our graduate programs, the college conducts innovative and insightful research and offers ongoing workforce development and continuing education to support practicing professionals.
The Applied Health Economics and Outcomes Research (AHEOR) program at JCPH, is comprised of Graduate Certificate and Master’s Degree options and is 100% online. It is built on 20+ years of experience working with some of the largest firms in the pharmaceutical industry to train their leaders in market access, budget impact analysis, economic evaluation, and comparative effectiveness research. Courses are taught by expert practitioner faculty who bring their extensive real-world experience to the classroom.
